Here at Olivia Ellen's we know that finding that perfect fit online can sometimes be tough. We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best!  We understand that sometimes you have to return items that just quite didn't work out as you'd hoped and we want to make your return as easy as possible!

For a seamless return processing, make sure the item(s) meet the following criteria as we are firm on our policy with all our customers:

*Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, still have the tags attached and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors.

*Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

*All returns must be received at Olivia Ellen's Boutique within days of the date your package was delivered. Items received after this period will be denied.  Once we receive your package store credit will be issued, this store credit will expire in 30 days.

*Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges due to limited inventory.

*Jewelry, accessories, gift cards and sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.  If you believe you have received defective merchandise, an incorrect item or damaged merchandise you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*Olivia Ellen's Boutique has the right to reject any item returned to us that does not follow the guidelines above. Any items that appear to have been washed, worn, altered, have the tags removed or are received after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

 *Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled and items cannot be removed from the order.


Orders placed on or between Nov 21st and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.

• Returns must be post marked within 7(seven) days of the date you receive your shipment.

• Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of or the original invoice or return form included. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
